Cougs Rock Lifting Competion!

      As many of you know, each year, Coach V takes groups of athletes to USPA lifting competitions.   This past weekend, we brought 12 total athletes (10 Coronado students) to compete across Back Squat, Bench and Deadlift.   They did not disappoint!   If you see any of these athletes across campus, they deserve a high five or two! State and National records are based on weight class and age.
